pull down to refresh

Back in 2018, I was a licensed pharmacist with a solid career — but physically and mentally, I was falling apart.
I had stopped training.
Stopped paying attention to my nutrition.
I was drinking most nights just to pass the time after work.
Then I fell & injured my shoulder one night. Things went downhill fast.
I spent hours in a rocking chair every day. My posture collapsed. My muscles withered. My back hurt just from standing. I read stories of people who never recovered from shoulder injuries and started believing that might be me. I hated looking in the mirror. I didn’t recognize myself.
Fast forward — my shoulder fully recovered. I built my strength back. Dropped the fat I’d been yo-yoing for years. My inflammation disappeared. I had energy, focus, and confidence again. More importantly, I stopped sabotaging myself and built the habits, mindset, and discipline to stay consistent no matter how busy life got.
It all started with one moment of clarity: if I kept doing what I was doing, I’d never heal, never get my strength back, and keep sinking into bad habits. So I quit drinking. Started hitting my protein target every day. Walked until I could train again. And rebuilt my body — and my mind — piece by piece.
If you’re stuck in a loop of bad habits, lack of consistency, and feeling like your best days are behind you, you don’t have to stay there. I help Bitcoiners and busy professionals break out of the rat race, overcome self-sabotage, and build a body and lifestyle they’re proud of.
If you’re ready to take back your health, energy, and confidence, DM me “FIT” and I’ll send you the details on my 16-week transformation program.
I love the word "alignment" in this context.
It fits what I'm trying to do by building out habits that enhance both my lifestyle and my health and fitness.
