Nothing remarkable today. I largely did what I was supposed to do. The hot shower was intentional, to relax my muscles after a mild cramp earlier.
How did you all do today?
Went for a run this morning. Came home and quickly got ready to go ice skating with my kids. Got home from the rink and took a walk to a nearby restaurant for lunch with the whole family. Little one is still jet lagged, taking his long naps in the late afternoon and waking up 5am in the morning. Squeezed in some time after dinner to sharpen a bunch of chisels and knives. Although the sharpening lasted well past dusk, having sharp chisels and sharp knives to use is well worth the time.
Today's stats:
  • 50 push ups
  • 15km run at 5:48/km average pace (I'm finally on top of the Runstr league again, for now...)
  • 2.2km walk with family to and from restaurant for lunch and after lunch
  • ice bath for 14 minutes
  • 25223 steps

Zwift, got a 30-minute session in during lunch-time. Trying to do something every day, at least on the weekdays.
