ideally you would be > 90 mL/min at your age so may be a water issue but also could be another issue such as excessive diuretic use (caffeine, alcohol, nicotine) pre-diabetes or a vasoconstriction issue such as the beginning of hypertension
maybe caffeine and little water, my sugar exams are good.
if the pee isn't clear, then you need more water
