Próspera bought bankrupted result as its first real estate, and yes it's a bit fancy. But we are at the Beta District which is more for plebs, with a new cheap apartments and new constructions going on, in another valley

That must be an interesting place to live. Is it difficult to get to the mainland?.

Of course, it's a developing caribbean island with awesome views, divesites and whatnots, but it has its minuses. The unique legal system that Prospera has, and people that it attracts makes it most interesting.
You can take 1h30m ferry to mainland for $30. Or a 40m flight ($90-$150) to San Pedro Sula or Tegucigalpa.
There are also frequent direct international flights to multiple US cities (Miami, Denver, Houston, Atlanta and more), to Canada, Belize and Guatemala
