People seem to be getting mixed results:

Im hearing its routing to dumber faster model and getting some things wrong then if you ask "think" it gets it right. #1071526 seems to mention some of that routing behavior so im sure they will be tweaking that as they get more data from people using it
These are suposed leaked system prompts:

If you read the comments people point out they dont mention how they were leaked and it seems to be missing things that would probally be there so take it with a grain of salt
What have you used it for so far? Is it a hit or a miss? Is it a better AI agent?
People seem to still be hatin it and especially hate they cant use 4o now. Sam says hes gonna bring it back for pro people https://old.reddit.com/r/ChatGPT/comments/1mkae1l/gpt5_ama_with_openais_sam_altman_and_some_of_the/n7nelhh/

of course you are right im really looking for anecdotal evidence :)
haven't had a lot of time to play with it yet. these models are like trading your really smart friend for a different slightly smarter friend with a different personality...
Shared my experience here #1075448
