I'm back today with a new set of street photos I took in my city in Venezuela. These photos are all very diverse, but they have one special thing in common: I took them all with my Meta x Ray-Ban smart glasses while I was doing things around the city.
I want to start by sharing the photos where people are the main subjects. This first one is my favorite because of the scene it shows: there was a group of women selling vegetables at an informal street stand, and next to them was a little girl kneeling and studying:

I took a photo of a man who sells candy at traffic lights:

I took the next photo on a day I was buying pineapples from a man who had stopped with his car full of pineapples at a very good price on a busy city street. The cost was $1.25 for two pineapples. I spoke with him for a while, and one of the things he told me was that the pineapples came directly from his farm, which is why he could sell them so cheaply in the city:

I took this photo because there was a man carrying a very heavy, large bag on his back:

I took the next photo because I found the contrast between the two men's clothing interesting. There are two types of people in the world:

I took this photo because a man on a bicycle was coming, and I saw a motorcycle coming very close. Just as I anticipated, they almost crashed. I pressed the photo button, and this is what came out. At that moment, they had already separated after their "near" collision:

The next photo is of a homeless man I always see walking around with his pack of dogs:

There was a man sitting alone in the shade, hiding from the sun, and it was very curious because he was just sitting there by himself:

I took the next photo in a market in my city. The man in front of me was carrying some flowers and was trying to sell them at a very cheap price. This man was another farmer who had come to the city to try and earn some money from his farm production. The photo isn't perfect, but I like the sense of movement it has:

A crossroads of people. I managed to take the photo just in time to frame them with the doorway:

I liked the scene with the church in the background:

I also took a photo inside another church, which is one of the oldest in the city:

The next photo I took was on a day I was crossing the border into Colombia. This photo was taken on the Venezuelan side just before crossing:

I took the next photo because I thought the motorcycle the man was riding was very cool, it looked great!

A street in my city. I composed this photo using the lines on the ground as a guide:

I took the next photo because I was in a private urbanization in my city, and the houses were very, very beautiful. This is where the wealthy people of the city live:

And finally, one of my favorite photos, which I took one night while driving. I love the vibes this photo has:

Although the glasses don't produce the same high quality photos as a camera, they win on portability and discretion. Taking photos with them feels like literally taking photos with my eyes and allows me to get some shots that might otherwise be impossible.
I hope you found these photos as interesting as I did, and thank you for everything!
