I got sick of the kid kicking me awake all night, so I just put her back in her own bed once she was fast asleep.

Good day. Got some exercise cleaning windows and walked to Walmart and back with a bunch of bags so that was a decent workout.
Ate pretty healthy and thus far have resisted all temptation to snack.
That's pretty close to my ideal of a healthy day.
