The old cliché of the “10x dev” has been thrown around for years, but with how fast tech is evolving (AI copilots, no-code tools, remote-first culture, open source explosion) it feels like the definition has shifted. So I’m curious, is raw coding speed still the biggest multiplier? Or is it more about being a great systems thinker, communicator, or problem solver?
