I opted for the hot shower a few days in a row and now the cold shower is back to being very daunting.

Played some basketball at the park with the kids. Ate popcorn for a night snack instead of cake or pop tarts. Thought that was a win.

That's pretty good. Try sprinkling some sea salt and nutritional yeast on it next time.
