Probably in the long run as it is likely more rate cuts will follow and lower rates typically means borrowing/liquidity. In the short term I have no idea. I think traders are focused on trying to pump altcoins right now.

lol alt and its pumps, whats the new thing "kasba" or something. Everyone still trying to scale layer 1, but alas no one can compete with speed and volume of LN.
