For undisclosed reasons we had restaurant food and champagne, which isn't ideal from a ~HealthAndFitness standpoint, but not necessarily the worst thing either.
Did you keep up with your ~HealthAndFitness habits today?
Been working overnights at the hospital so I was sleeping barely over 5 hours but I got about 8 today.
I'll be going live on Instagram and maybe YouTube if I can get it working at 11:00 p.m. EST
