I wanna get my BTC from exchange via bep20 Bitcoin on bnb chain
If I use trust wallet as receiver how much would be the transaction cost to get back from trust wallet to my electrum wallet , and do I need any bnb , to send my Bitcoin to main net?

If you want it back on the Electrum wallet you'll need to use it onchain (segwit address).
Binance have lightning withdrawals if you don't want to pay a large fee. But you will have to use a different wallet to receive it like Wallet of Satoshi or Coinos.io.
I'm not on binance and the exchange only has vep20 and main layer for Bitcoin transactions
Onchain Bitcoin fees don't get any lower than this.
I'd stop using whatever exchange that is if they are really charging you a lot.
