I know smuggling happens, but depending on the level of surveillance, physical goods are probably easier to smuggle than, say, sats. If we're talking cold wallets or any physical transportation of bitcoin, that would seem very tough for the average person thinking about wages vs. cost of a cold storage device
Maybe there’s a North Korean pleb somewhere storing an inconspicuous Tapsigner card loaded with 1 BTC smuggled through somewhere in China and he’s restlessly waiting to escape the country before the NFC chip of the card breaks down!
