When things like this (e.g., feature requests) pop into my head, should I create a Github issue, or put them out here first in a comment, like this one?

So when you write "That's a good idea.", should I then create a Github issue for it? Or, in k00bspeak does that mean, "good idea, ... and I already added it to my to-do list and/or started coding it'?
