As a long-term bitcoiner, I have no problem admitting this is definitely a valid concern and annoyance from their angle. It may only affect a relative handful of people however and there's no stopping this global industry, so IMO, Mara should make it right with the few homeowners somehow, generously buy their home perhaps.
