As I writer I find it more important to spend time writing than to talk about what I'm writing. For newer writers, though, it might come in handy.
the point would be to write and post as always, except you commit to engaging with someone else's writing with the expectation that they engage with yours.
im not sure what you are saying -- is it that you prefer not to with engage others on what you've written?

Generally. It gets in the way of just writing the thing you ought to write in my experience. Starts bringing in a lot of baggage that you start thinking about instead of writing.

i understand that.
im of the opinion that unpacking the baggage, airing out its
contents and putting them under the light can be a good practice. but to each their own
