Very similar to yesterday. The weather's not great and I was too busy with work during the day to move around much. I better stretch before bed and get some quality sleep.

i hope you get in a nice stretch. i got back to the gym and did some grilling when I got home. ate steak and roasted veggies. i controlled myself and ate only one slice of cheesecake for dessert, but there are leftovers...
