Here's go good habits! I've got this calendar where I put down marks for doing Yoga, Cardio, and walking to the Mailbox. The chicken scratches track how many pints of water I drank that day. Every month, a new calendar (DYMO thermal labels). The stack has been growing since 2020, and it's a thicc boy now xD
