Great day for me about 1600 cals 12k steps exceeded protein goal and had a strong day at the gym

did some recovery today, and cycled to work like always. grilled a whole chicken, which i had with brown rice. apparently my future holds more cheesecake, so ill have to practice self-control tomorrow.

That sounds nice. I only briefly had a bike commute but I’ve had walkable commutes many times.
