This was the first I heard about not taking rehab seriously.
Fingers crossed for Tonka or Pegues to surprise.
Was he supposed to be back to start the season?
Originally, yes. He got injured in week 3, I think.
Once he started having setbacks, though, I don't recall them giving any timeline.
That sucks but at least you save some salary cap space.
Doesn't help us this year, considering we already had something like $30M.
Wow. He was such a good player when healthy.
The prime years of a player is in that rookie contract 4-5 year windows. Sport is so skewed to guys 26 and under (unless you’re a qb)
Certainly the approach the Eagles are taking with their defensive guys.
It would have been nice to see that line get at least one regular season snap together.
