This is a great question. I got a older model pixel last time I got a phone, and I'm regretting it now because how quickly it's nearing end of security maintainance. I know 7a's aren't super old, but it may not be worth buying something down the road of obsolescence.
Searching on the web the diference between all of them, is the money you can spend.
Cause they are more or less the same (with of course the tech evolving) and with a year diference between each version
