Alright. Got fed up of being frustrated by this software and spent half an hour figuring it out. We are good with 10 second countdown. I will be able to cut it seamlessly next week.

Audacity. The free software I use to add the music to the beginning and end of our pod. Have been trying to figure out how to seamlessly cut an automated ad that gets put at the beginning by riverside fm which is the software we use to record the pod.

Yes, free version is good but obviously not as many features as paid.
