Not sure this is positive. The minrelayfee in Bitcoin is 1sat/vbyte. To achieve reliable relay therefore blue wallet has to peer directly with miners that can confirm them. Blue wallet will only do so for the top 3-4 mining pools, putting small miners at a disadvantage, this contributing to miner centralization, by preferring the already big miners over small ones that I produce diversity and censorship resistance.
