Most of the low level employees are not people that arouse any ire from me, unless they're lazy at their jobs (which many of them are.)


The majority of government employees are 'fraudsters liars and cheats' imo 

I bet it's worse at the state and local level.  

Fauci was the highest paid federal government bureaucrat

That's certainly infuriating, but not really what I meant. I mean people that are legitimately evil (if you believe in objective morality). The likes of Epstein and his clients, or outright fraudsters, liars, and cheats, who get away with their crimes.
