There's always a solution no matter what the government does. What I've seen in NL recently is that although people there too largely embraced the "government plz fix" mentality that plagues most the western liberal democracies ever since 2008 when the bankers rekt everyone, a drive for self-sufficiency is growing. I think that's good. We have the technology nowadays to not have to depend on much central planning.
