Here's my recommendation:
  1. Do the KYC
  2. Don't use it, make sure you get the refund
  3. Never use their service again
  4. Get rid of the refunded utxo - either send it back to wherever you got it from, or start a lightning channel, submarine swap out, keep that swapped utxo.
