Nope I’m in NYC and had a huge celebration dinner!! I completely fell off the wagon.
- Teriyaki chicken bowl
- Plant based Reese’s Cup (oat milk based chocolate I was curious)
- New York style chicken salad bagel
- fried calamari
- Lasagna
- 2 cannolis
- Chocolate cake
Must of been like a 4,000 calorie day. I still feel super bloated.
Monday will be face the music day for me once I get on the scale
Supposedly, a big cheat day makes cutting calories more effective later because it keeps your metabolism from throttling down.
