Everytime I meditate and sit for more than ten minutes, one of my feet falls asleep. I've tried different sitting postures, but it keeps happening. It makes sitting for a long duration hard. Does anyone have any possible advice? Thanks!
I assume you are in a lotus position. Probably, one of the energy channels to your leg that is falling asleep has some issues. You will have to adopt a different posture until the problem is alleviated or fixed.

Try a meditation bench or cushion. It will fix the problem. Alternatively, you can also sit on a normal chair, the goal is to adopt a comfortable position that you can maintain for the duration of the practice.
