it's not really art if the AI made it for you
I can sketch okay, but using gimp I can do things way prettier. the tool let's me create visuals that I have no hope of creating with my hands. why is ai different? OP came up with a concept, if ai helped make get it out of OP's head and into reality, what's wrong with that?

You have to use an image-to-ascii converter and you'll have it in a jiffy.
Then pipe it into AI to clean it up.
