Still have a long way to go, hundreds of flags still to discover in his book. He's obsessed with asking what country each country fought with.

This morning, it was Britain's turn~~

Can you recognize all flags?

this territory is moderated

I see these letters in the book

and my brain looks like this

Show him the Cuban flag... and tell him about Fidel Castro and why he should hate communism.

reply

Hangeul is one of the easiest alphabets to learn.

It's ok, I don't need Cuba to show him what communism may lead to. He stated the other day, the only country in the world he does not like is North Korea~~

reply

I'd love to say I understand something... but the truth is, I'm totally lost! I admire those who learn it, but when I hear Korean, the sounds all sound the same to me! Maybe the writing is different, but hey, I've got it with Portuguese... hahaha

Maybe one day I'll get around to it, but for now I'm in "wondered but confused" mode.

Are you Korean, or are you someone who migrated there?

reply

Don't recognize this one.

Dope he drew the North Korean flag!

reply

I'll ask him in the morning. I forgot this one.

Yeah, he made them friends with China.

reply

I think I recognize it, Nigeria!

reply

Yes, that's the one.

Has he already gone through the dinosaur phase?

reply

That’s awesome! Love how curious he is — diving into flags and history at the same time. It’s a great way to learn geopolitics early. Let’s see how many more flags he’ll conquer next!

reply

i sure can't lol. i do remember when i was a kid I would love looking at the flag page in my encyclopedia though. My auntie had a little dish when all kinds of foreign coins she'd bring back from her various holidays and I used to love looking at them all

You must be relieved that he has found something to occupy his time and grow meaningfully
