I've been a little bit lazy the past couple days. Just barely getting the 7.5k steps needed for the Workit challenge.
Did well on just eating one big healthy meal each day and taking cold showers.

Solid day. Over 10k steps. Played some baseball with the kiddos (my daughter is big into practicing her hitting now- she asks me to take her to the park every day) and ate healthy (no sweets today).
Batting practice sounds fun.
Get a lot of exercise chasing the balls she hits.
Drank 3 beers at happy hour
Easy

Honestly, I quit drinking alcohol almost 3 months ago because I started doing that math and once I realized how much money I was spending on alcohol I realized I missed out on a lot of sats (seriously) that and I was getting a beer belly. So I decided to stop drinking and focus on stacking sats and getting in shape It’s true “You don’t change Bitcoin. Bitcoin changes you.”
That's great. I've always been too much of a cheapskate to drink much.
