Not bad today. Got lots of steps in. Tossed the ball around a bit before my daughter’s baseball game. Ate healthy. One piece of cake left. I am trying to avoid it but my wife said she doesn’t want it and doesn’t want the kids to have it so I might have to take one for the team.
