Did some work for my contract job. Had a family bbq on Saturday evening at my parent’s house and played some baseball with the kids yesterday.

TBH I've never attended a BBQ. It's just not a thing here. If it has to do with a family get together and cooking, we do it daily.
But yeah, with friends or relatives we have had a lot, especially for the rajasthani food — Dal Bati and Choorma!!
