One of the problems we have now is that bitcoin has become a bit political. Perhaps many hipster kind of people won't appreciate that it has been embraced by the current political party. Of course bitcoin is apolitical, but this is hard to convince some people. Just give it time, more people will slowly understand. There are many roads to bitcoin, some just take a while.
