For context, I pay my kids' pocket money in sats, and they use wallet of Satoshi. A few weeks ago we had to reset one of their phones, wipe it, and reinstall etc

So we imported her WoS, and I seem to remember she had about 100k sats saved. Had a look today and the balance was 80k sats or something - so about 20 bucks less than we seem to remember.

Now, I don't fully rule out a false memory, but does WoS charge a fee when importing a wallet again, maybe like closing a channel and opening one (although I thought because it was custodial )?

I'll have to double check the list of transactions (she will sometimes send her younger sister sats as well) , but she doesn't do much or spend anything, just stacks.
