Their agreement with Sacramento is for 2 years with an option for 3 but given the stadium hasn't broken ground in LV….

Yeah I figure it will be 3. They can build fast in vegas but as you point out they haven't even started.

Yeah I want to say there are buildings on the property as well so they even have to demo… it isn't like they have a clean patch of land

I think having teams in Vegas is interesting and appealing, I am just a little surprised they weren't new teams instead.

They have already left Oakland. They are playing out of a minor league ballpark in Sacramento until their stadium in Vegas is ready. I think it will be a few years.
