I find it very easy to use. I’ve noticed that if you’re too lazy to read, you won’t get along with its layout. I can definitely see how that makes it harder to retain new users.

Easy to use doesn't mean easy to fully understand. I am replying to you so yeah easy, that doesn't mean things are intuitive or explained well. I prefer to do more reading of content over FAQs and guides.

That's why I said it's easy to use. We agree. There are many other posts here besides the ones in the guide and FAQ that are excellent for beginners. I recommend it:
