I just noticed that the HTLC is for just half the amount. So maybe it is some multipath payment, where the fee is not enough for the other paths. I will try with higher fee once it times out.

OK, I think that was it. I raised the fee rate from 1000 to 1500 ppm and i received the sats immediately. In a single transfer (no multipath). I am wondering whether smaller fees can cause the payment to be split 🤔
