Tracking my health with the Oura Ring is so much fun, entertaining, and motivating. You really learn to know yourself in a way...
Most of all, I enjoy the instant feedbacks, for example, I did the VO2 max test yesterday, the result was pretty good, and m'y heart health went from 3 too 3.5 years younger !
Here's another example: I was doing a specific exercise to reduce my heart rate and the immediate effect is clearly noticeable on the chart
PS: It's funny how digesting food brings my heart rate up in the same manner that walking does...
