Ok, consider I'm 5yo in stock... know nothing about stock! I came across this as a bitcoin event so I thought it could be important, maybe not!
As you say, is already priced in, what exactly does it mean?

It means investors have already completed their sales (buying or selling) anticipating what this event will do to the market price thus when the event comes the price movement is minimal both up or down.
