As I clarified in a previous comment, the commission that investigates Milei's Libra case still exists and is active. This is the latest account on the matter from one of his ex-members, Manuel Beaudroit (belo.app CEO), which is also the explanation on why he recently dimitted.
My translation and compagination of key quotes from the original article:
"the commission isn't seeking for answers, but to confirm a pre-arranged narrative""[during the 9 hours the session lasted] priority to speak was given exclusively to Peronists ("UxP") partisans [the opposing coalition that arranged the commission] over actual specialists on the subject [major companies representatives among them were from Belo, Lemon and Bitso, none of which were allowed to speak]""this was strange, they already had they answers and seemed to only seek to affirm the concepts they already had""[Beaudroit] had prepared a speech not focused on the Libra case but rather as an attempt to raise awareness among the legislators on the importance of the crypto industry for the country, its potential to improve the economy, and their current short-comings due to strangling taxation [as per current province-level legislation]"
