Amazing. I screwed this up the other day while talking to 

 when I inadvertently said "black screen of death" instead of "blue screen of death". He of course corrected me so I leaned into it and told him, "haven't you heard they are replacing the blue screen of death with a black screen of death because it is more ominous".
