In this case images are keys, so I'd organize parallel account and share interesting posts like this cocktails, in instagram food and drinks accounts - show them they can get paid for their culinary creativity
Crossposting in r/food, r/cocktails, r/coffee or similar the top content regularly could also help bring people from these communities into SN.
I really enjoyed the cocktails series, too. however, I know how hard it is to keep up that kind of pace. I can imagine @Shugard needed a break. (I made a good number of those drinks! was quite fun.)
