People with a high net worth ($1M) ain’t exactly broke. In Portugal, you don’t need that much to live a chill life without having to work. You’re welcome here, but heads up, the government’s tightening immigration laws, unless you’ve already got citizenship. Hahaha

Well... Yes, but not as much as you would need to migrate to Australia or the US.
Last time I looked it was something like 500k Euros that you could use to buy a property or set up a business.
