I really continue to be amazed at how easy it's been to stick to one meal a day. I was also active enough for the daily steps challenge and managed another cold shower. Now that basketball's over, I think I'll go to bed early.
How did you do on your ~HealthAndFitness goals today?
No kids baseball today due to heat warning. We are so soft in Canada.
Didn't do much physically other than some chores around the house but ate pretty healthy today.

Man, it was such a nice day here in the west today. Started at 13-14C, with a low 20s high.
Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated under the heat.

Kudos to going to bed early. I really need to work on that. I think sleep is my weakest link when it comes to health. I go to be late, wake up early, and often don't sleep enough.
I took the day off work today and went hung out with my friends for the whole day. We went hiking at the Sea to Summit Trail #429724. Then we went to my place to play Mario Kart World and went out for dinner afterwards.
Today's stats:
