I'm assuming this doesn't include things like car accidents. It would be weird to penalize something for being more useful.
I don’t think so. The data on fossil fuels is from this study which includes death from pollution though.
If i fall from the roof and die while installing solar panels. I bet my death will not count to this statistic.
