Nice to hear you excited and ranting, @Car; don't think I've ever seen you so spicy and opinionated, so thanks for that.
Write it up, and send me an Opinion piece, and we'll run it for Bitcoin Magazine.

I don't disagree with many of your accusations (and I don't know/not aware of what Bailey is funding privately and/or via business -- stackers who know, pls send them our way). I'm veeeery iffy about the bitcoin treasury companies, as you can tell by my coooonstant posting about them... #984224
You seemed to have enjoyed Juan's visit, and iirc you seemed glad about the exposure with that article? so clearly there's some amount of ambiguity going on here.
Anyway, here was my lukewarm Vegas defense in case you missed it #996377

When David Bailey changes it to Crypto Magazine I will.

Juan is a longtime friend of PlebLab who worked at reputable Bitcoin outlet called @BitcoinNews when we first met him. He got a job at your place of business while at PlebLab, he also was a paying member of PlebLab while he was here and leveraged our resources. I would imagined he found them very valuable as do most and what you read is the result of that. No one including myself told him to write that, tbh I was laughing when it got published.
Overall glad you enjoyed it, I just can’t sit around quietly anymore and not saying anything. We have a lot of passive weak Bitcoiners right now, some I use to respect, I’m not one of them, we need to shake up the NPC mindset David Bailey created.

Why wait? If it's important to speak up ("shake up the NPC mindset"), do it where it matters — not, as you said yourself, on a show that only a hundred people watch
(Ironically, that's exactly the beef you have with Bailey in the first place, lol — reach vs purism)

Quality not quantity matters.
He has an open invitation to come on SNL to come talk about it or better yet have him do an AMA on SN.
Also not sure if you’re simping to him to keep your job. Cause this is your “beat.” So feel free to say whatever you need to do that.

In what way am I simping? Point me to where you'd say my integrity has been breached.
Also, editorial independence... We'd have much bigger problems if an outlet owner meddled with content
