I started fasting since i was young (well for religious purpose), now whenever i feel tired or i start having stomach issues i fast for few days and i get back to being energetic
I started fasting 2 times a week and it really helps me be more productive, yes you get tired especially if you're used to caffeine for exp but it also helped me lose weight without the drama of diet
