Wow, your experience with fasting is truly amazing. I personally believe I would never be able to do that. I am thin but I eat a lot. Thanks for sharing your story with us.How long was your last fast?
I am currently on day three. Yesterday I had a grape, 6 olives (they came with my martinis), a few brussel sprouts, and a bit of soy milk in my coffee. I wasn't planning any of that. If I wanted to eat more I would have. I typically go 5 to 7 days.
If you want to slide into fasting, for me the easiest path is radically restricting carbs for a few days. This will decrease your appetite and if you keep it going, you'll flip into keto, which will really reduce your appetite. From there, you can fast more easily and then you're in it.
There are also fasting spas. These are like health resorts where they don't feed you much. People go to them in hopes that fasting is a miracle cure for cancer. I don't think I would do it that way, but they do provide a structured, supported way to get to a fasted state.

I don't know if I can do it, but I'll try. You're truly my reference. You didn't know about spam. I imagine it must be something magnificent, an incredible experience.
