Yesterday's regiment did the trick and I am now recovered from illness. I assume I caught whatever @grayruby had, after spending hours recording together.
Today, I got back on the OMAD train, but otherwise I still need to get back on track tomorrow, especially with the Sound HSA step challenge starting tomorrow.
Did you achieve your ~HealthAndFitness goals today, stackers?
I went out for dinner with my university friends and had a long chat with them, so it kind of messed up my exercise routine. It was nice catching up with old friends though. I'll get back to my normal routine tomorrow.
Today's stats:
I recall a similar discussion with @cryotosensei. I'm sure it's much better for you to have that social experience than to hit that extra day of your routine.
Word.
Social connections are said to be the most important factor in securing longevity haha
Yea, I enjoyed hanging out and catching up with my old friends very much. Not regretting not hitting my numbers or doing my routine for 1 day. Just reporting what happened.
8043 steps is actually more than what many sedentary people clock. You are doing great, even at your ‘worst’
It’s fewer than this sedentary person clocked yesterday, though.
My work allows me to cheat. Work related activity itself usually nets me 6000-8000 steps a day.
I like how you're always competing, haha.
Rained today so we didn't get out to play pickleball. Hopefully clear tomorrow. Walked the dog and did some grocery shopping. That's about it for today besides some chores around the house. Maybe I will swing around a kettlebell while watching the end of the Blue Jays game.
We got some rain too. I probably would have walked more if it had been dry, but not much.
Didn't get too much rain today but just at an inopportune time. I think we are supposed to get more overnight and tomorrow morning. Hopefully it will clear up in the afternoon so we can get out and play.
Nope over ate my calories again today. By about 200 calories but I did get an extra 3k steps in today
This is what I'm looking for, though: wins and future wins.
